Program Approval
- Each Continuing Education Program will require prior approval through C-CEOP, based on the applicable approval mechanism (Director / BCD / statutory body).
- Program-specific guidelines, including fee structure and certification criteria, shall be placed before C-CEOP as applicable.

Financial Administration
- All registration or certification fees for Continuing Education programs shall be collected and managed through C-CEOP accounts.
- Opening, operation, and closure of program accounts shall be carried out under C-CEOP in accordance with IIITA financial rules.

Certification Authority
- Certificates for all Continuing Education Programs shall be:
- approved by C-CEOP, and
- issued in the name of IIIT Allahabad.
- No certificate shall be issued using the Institute’s name or logo without the approval and authentication of C-CEOP.
