Mandatory Certification Format

All continuing education, outreach, certification, internship, and training programs conducted under the umbrella of C-CEOP, or being reported to the C-CEOP, and requiring issuance of certificates, shall strictly follow the certificate format approved by Director/Statutory authority/C-CEOP.

Approval and Signing of Certificates for Continuing Education Programs

• CEP Certificates shall be:
  verified by the C-CEOP Office, and
  approved and signed (physically or electronically) by the Head, C-CEOP.
• Verification shall include: validation of participant lists,
  attendance and assessment compliance, and
  authenticity of program records.
