All continuing education and outreach programs, as mentioned above in the mandate of the Center, conducted by or in association with IIITA faculty, departments & centers, shall require approval of the relevant authorities, as applicable and will be administered through C-CEOP if they pertain to any/all of the following conditions:

Program Coordinators of above Institutional Academic Outreach Programs shall disseminate the information such as calls for participation, course offerings, or expressions of interest for such programs, to be released as institute-wide open announcements to ensure fairness, inclusivity, and broad faculty participation.
