Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Policy

The IPR Policy approved by the Institute Board at IIITA, managed by the Office of the Dean (Research & Innovation) or a similar authority, will be used by C-CEOP for all outreach and continuing education programs when relevant. Any program-specific modifications or clarifications related to IPR arising solely due to the nature of outreach or certification programs will be:

Plagiarism Policy

The Plagiarism Policy applicable to C-CEOP is identical to the approved Plagiarism Policy of IIIT Allahabad, as formulated and periodically updated by the Institute’s Ethics / Academic Integrity Committee. All academic content, instructional material, assessments, and certification-related outputs generated under C-CEOP will strictly comply with this policy.

Proactive Disclosure Policy

C-CEOP follows a proactive disclosure policy with respect to its functioning, activities, and programs.

  1. All relevant information, including
    • Degree and non-degree program announcements,
    • certification program details,
    • approvals, policies and SOPs,
    • contact information etc. shall be made publicly available through the official C-CEOP webpage hosted on the IIITA website.
